White Lightning located in Huntersville, North Carolina in the Lake Norman area, and is proud to offer developmental tumbling classes for ages 1 - 3, recreational tumbling classes, recreational gymnastics, all-star cheerleading and competitive gymnastics.
With the combined efforts of our outstanding athletes, dedicated coaching staff, and truly supportive families, our program has continued to grow since its inception in 2007. Our athletes are dedicated to the sports of cheerleading, tumbling and gymnastics. With a strong belief in the intergrity of teamwork, the pride of self-motivation and a commitment to a healthy body, mind and spirit, White Lightning involves both athletes and their families in ensuring the success of our program.
Our mission at White Lightning is to instill in our athletes self-esteem, social skills and sportmanship in a fun environment. We are committed to teaching and helping our athletes strive for and achieve their personal best.
White Lightning is proud to announce the opening of a new training center in an additional suite at our Huntersville location. We have added a 16'x30' inground pit where athletes can vault, tumble, and dismount from the beam and high bar. We feel this additional space gives our athletes a state of the art facility in which to train and advance to the upper levels.
LATEST NEWS FLASH!! White Lightning is excited to announce the opening of an All Star Cheer Studio in Cornelius in late fall. The studio will have 2 competition spring floors, an inground pit with inground tumble track and rod floor. There will be an upstairs mezzanine area for parents to watch. By moving the all stars to a different location, we will be able to continue to expand the program. The gymnastics team and recreational tumbling and gymnastics classes will remain in the Huntersville location allowing those programs to continue to grow as well.
